Official Language:
The official language of the Course is English. No simultaneous translation will be provided.
Credit Cards – Banking:
The Course fees are calculated in US Dollars. The currency in Brazil is the Real. Participants from countries where currency restrictions prevent them from sending registration fees in advance are asked to inform the Course Organizing Bureau to avoid being charged the late registration fee. Major credit cards are accepted in Pirenopolis. Banks are open to the public from Monday to Friday, 10:00-16:00 hrs.
Passport & VISA Requirements:
Visas are not required for participants from South America. A Mexican VISA is required. If in doubt, please confirm if you need one visa with the Brazilian Consulate.
Electricity:
The electrical power in Pirenópolis is 220 volts AC, 60 cycles
Weather and Clothing:
The temperature in Pirenópolis in March is warm, sunny and pleasant. Bring casual clothes. No ties are used during the Course.
Access:
There will be a transfer from Brasilia Airport do Pirenópolis.
